The accomplishments of the 1,200 YouWiN! awardees were celebrated at the Presidential Villa on April 12, 2012. 

The 1,200 awardees were given recognition for their business ideas. Six outstanding awardees of the total 1,200 were given Presidential Awards by President Goodluck Jonathan (GCFR) as acknowledgement for the work they put into developing their existing businesses. Over the month of May, a validation process was undertaken to confirm the eligibility of provisional awardees to receive grants. This validation involved the signing of legal agreements between the awardees and the Federal Government of Nigeria.
